Arrive 15 minutes prior to relax, enjoy one of our specialty teas or beverages, and wind down before your treatment.
Due to the relaxed atmosphere we are providing to our guests, we have a “no children under 13 yrs” policy.
Cell phones and pagers must be turned off prior to arrival.

Late arrivals will be re-scheduled or treatment time shortened as to not inconvenience the next guest.
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or re-schedule appointment. Cancelations in less than 12 hours will be charged half of the price of the service booked. No shows will be charged full service price.
Gratuities are not included in service prices. 15% to 20% is average, although it is entirely up to your discretion.
